spicy bitters are alcohol-based and infused with mugwort, peppermint leaf, coriander seeds, cardamom seeds, ginger root, flax meal, turmeric, lemon peel, and rainbow peppercorns.
the result is complex, herbaceous, fragrant, and very spicy. this is strong medicine for before or after meals to assist with digestion. you could also add these bitters to water or a cocktail to add dimension.
