spring tea is a loose tea blend of tulsi, peppermint leaf, lemon balm, turmeric, schisandra berry, fennel seed, and ginger root.
it’s bright but calming, with adaptogenic and digestion-supporting properties. this tea would be nice for mitigating stress during the work day or for digesting and winding down after dinner at night.
to use: steep one heaping tablespoon for every cup of boiled water. let sit covered for 15-20 minutes.
